Meet Dr. Millan

Dr. Ricardo Millan is the specialist periodontist here at COREI and works alongside Dr. Tostado to help our patients maintain healthy gums.

Dr. Millan studied at Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez and completed his specialty periodontal training there. He returned to his hometown of Agua Prieta to practice, however, because he loves how peaceful the area is and enjoys its convenient location close to the USA border.

Having orthodontic treatment as an adolescent piqued Dr. Millan’s interest in dental health care. Today, he enjoys helping his patients at COREI by educating them about their periodontal health, answering their questions, and carefully explaining to them the treatments they need to have a healthy and confident smile. Dr. Millan practices with an emphasis on preventive oral care and conservative treatments to help patients preserve their natural teeth.

Dr. Millan is a member of the Mexican Association of Periodontics (Asociación Mexicana de Periodoncia).

When he is not in the office, Dr. Millan loves reading and spending time with his wife and their golden retriever, Mia.
